Recent Completed Sculpture: Fishtoid Series
The Design of nature by chance or by design is the core of my artistic influences. The basic shape, color, line and form of flora and fauna including the micro or macro viewpoint. I have had the opportunity to scuba dive in various oceans and was in awe viewing the flora and fauna of the ocean. The ocean peculiarities, along with the knowledge that 99% of the ocean has not been explored inspires my fishtoid series. What other flora and fauna could be in that vast oceanic world? A new species?
